1. Use of the App

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial travel planning and reference purposes only.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements to run local databases and the offline AI assistant.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, text, guidebook entries, layouts, logos, designs, and curated maps in this App are the exclusive property of ADAI Digital Ltd or respective content owners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3. Third-Party Links & Booking Services

The App contains affiliate and outbound links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to Travelpayouts (for hotel, flight, and tour bookings) and Saily (for eSIM mobile data plans):

• We do not operate, control, or take responsibility for the products, checkout services, support, or accuracy of third-party platforms.
• Any transactions, bookings, or data plans purchased through third-party links are made directly with those third parties and are governed solely by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

4. Disclaimers & Accuracy of Information

While we strive to compile accurate, warm, and helpful travel information, the App's content is provided "as is" and "as available":

• Curated data, descriptions, opening hours, and EV charge maps are subject to change. Always verify coordinates, local regulations, and road conditions independently before traveling.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that offline storage will never fail. Users are advised to back up custom travel logs if needed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADAI Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to travel disruptions or data loss.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
